Auditor
In so far as the trustees are aware:
- there is no relevant audit information of which the charitable company's auditor is unaware; and
- the trustees have taken all steps that they ought to have taken to make themselves aware of any relevant audit information and to establish that the auditor is aware of that information.
The auditors, Moore (South) LLP, have indicated their willingness to continue in office. On behalf of the Members, the Trust tendered for audit services in early 2019 and are scheduled to tender again in early 2022.
The trustees' report, incorporating a strategic report, was approved by order of the board of trustees, as the company directors, on 12 December 2019 and signed on its behalf by:
