We celebrate the outcome of the second of two Ofsted inspections which took place at the end of February/beginning of March and have now been published.
The March (Chichester) received its first inspection with the Trust and the first inspection for the school since 2014. The outcome was that the school was judged ‘Good’ for the overall effectiveness, and ‘Outstanding’ for the children’s personal development. All other judgements were ‘Good’. A huge congratulations and thanks to Nicky Metcalfe (Headteacher) and all of the staff who have been so well supported by John Proctor (Chair of Governors) and the local governing body. The reports starts with ‘pupils benefit from an exceptionally well-planned enrichment curriculum’. It goes on to say that ‘there are high expectations of pupils. Leaders are ambitious for what pupils can do and pupils achieve well’.
